Terms of Use

These terms apply to client overviews, download links, and setup guides on clash-setup.com. Read the scope and responsibility details below before using these materials.

1. Content and Scope

FlClash Download curates Clash clients and related technical resources for educational and informational purposes, helping users understand installation, subscription imports, and rule configuration. The information does not guarantee performance in any particular network environment and does not replace project documentation, provider terms, or professional advice.

This site operates independently of open-source projects, app stores, and subscription providers. Listing software, download links, or project information does not mean this site is authorized to represent those parties. Refer to each project's release notes for actual features, supported platforms, and release status.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws, network policies, and service terms that apply where you live and where you use the software. Make sure you are authorized to use the devices, networks, and accounts involved. Do not use this site's materials or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, infringement of others' rights, or disruption of network operations.

Get any required permission before changing proxy, DNS, or routing settings on a workplace, school, or other managed network. Assess whether a configuration is appropriate for your situation. Keep subscription links, credentials, and configuration files secure; do not share complete files containing sensitive information on public pages, in comments, or with others.

3. Software and Third-Party Services

The relevant software is provided by its respective open-source project or distributor and is subject to that party's license and terms of use. This site curates download links and setup instructions but does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or network access. The relevant third party is responsible for its pages, charges, account handling, and service changes.

Client interfaces and configuration syntax may change with updates. Before installing or upgrading, check your operating system and processor architecture, read the release notes, and back up your existing configuration. Subscription formats, node protocols, and core capabilities must be compatible; the examples on this site may not work with every subscription or device.

4. Availability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site's materials are provided as is. We do not guarantee that content will remain accurate, download links will always work, software will remain available, or any material will suit a particular purpose. Network outages, discontinued projects, system permission restrictions, and third-party service changes may affect results.

To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, lost configurations or data, or other harm arising from installation, upgrades, configuration changes, or third-party services. For critical tasks, test first in an environment you can restore. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, or affects rights you have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The rights to each software product's code, name, icons, and documentation belong to their respective owners. Copying, modifying, redistributing, or commercially using open-source software must comply with its applicable license. Open source does not waive copyright notices, attribution requirements, or source code availability obligations.

Original text and page layouts on this site are protected by applicable law. Credit this site when quoting its content, do not alter its meaning, and do not imply endorsement by a project. If a software license differs from these terms, that license governs the use and distribution of the software.

6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to site content, the software ecosystem, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page along with a revised date at the top. Revisions apply to use after publication and do not retroactively reduce rights you already have under applicable law. Check this page for the latest terms before using download or setup materials.

For installation, subscription, or connection issues, see Troubleshooting or follow Getting Started to check the setup steps. When investigating an issue, distinguish between this site's instructions, the client’s behavior, and the subscription service's status; do not conflate the responsibilities of different providers.
